Terrible roadside assistance! Broke down and had to wait over 7 hours for them to attend! Received text updates, every hour to inform will be there in hour, then it kept changing to another time slot. On speaking to an advisor again he informed me that don’t believe text updates, they are not correct, just lies!

Do not use the RAC for any price. Check out previous threads on here. I called them at 1.30pm in the afternoon and they arrived at 12.30am the next day.!

In my experience RAC is as bad, or good, as every other breakdown company I've used. The only thing we can do is check our horoscopes before we decide to have car problems.
