    Hi,
Have used RainX 2 in 1 for years on various vehicles glass without issues.

Juddering can be caused, but this is usually caused by RainX 2 in 1 product being applied incorrectly to dirty glass and also by using damaged or worn wiper blade rubbers.

    Don,t mean to sound condescending.

Key is to properly make sure that all your wiper blades rubber are not cracked or damaged and that your glass is properly cleaned.
Any damage found with wiper blades then Replace with new set.
I have found Bosch to be one of the better brands but again that is my personal choice and others will disagree

I use an isoporpyl alchohol fluid cleaner applied with a lint free cloth onto all glass to remove any dirt grime, applying to the front, rear and side glass, and also wing mirrors.
Simply wipe over glass and allow to dry.

IF Your vehicle fitted with Rain Sensor then AVOID applying RainX directly onto the sensor as this can sometimes cause issues with certain vehicles wipers sensors working intermittently.

Apply RainX 2 in 1 Allow to dry and buff away haze.

Also i have found that it,s better to never apply these products in direct sunlight,
if possible wait for a cooler cloudy sort of day.

    Heat to Op

    Hope this helps (edited)

For some reason, putting this in with the screen wash knackered my sensor and it was constantly telling me it needed re-filling.

Why would you put in in your screen wash?

It’s a product that has hydrophobic capabilities. It repels water. Of course it will damage things that are supposed to hold and move water

I tried this and dangerously smeared my windscreen the first time I used my windscreen washers. I had to pull over and rub most of it off. Reported to Amazon and they gave me a refund without having to return. It might have reacted with the washer fluid I was using, but I definitely wouldn't recommend using this stuff.

You need to make sure that you have rubbed the stuff in fully or you get a glaze in direct sunlight. It works really well as does the single product that comes in the 200ml bottles BUT you MUST make sure you have rubbed and buffed it properly

This product was a bit of a revelation for me. Incredible how effective it is, and genuinely didn't need to turn on the wipers for anything other than heavy/torrential rain. Even then, you could have the wipers on a much less frequent setting than would otherwise be the case. It's a bit pricey, and a bit of a faff to apply in this format.

    They do a screenwash additive:

This is (not on a deal and) not quite as effective but still good and a lot less faff.
