Yep it's really bad. Speaking from experience of trying to use thing as a daily driver for a week. Its a laggy mess. (edited)

I own (and have owned multiple phones by Xiaomi previously), and it is easily the worst phone I have ever had. I've gone back to a budget phone from 2019 as it is actually better.

The low amount of RAM is a serious problem with this phone, as it can't handle more than one task at a time.

This means:
- Try to purchase something in one app
- Have to switch apps to confirm the payment in your banking app
- Switch back to the first app to find it has been killed off by the task manager, and your purchase hasn't gone through.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

£139 gets you Honor X7b from Amazon with 6gb ram and very positive reviews - Yes an extra £39 but a far better experience

I use my scamsung s 23 ultra with 4 g and works ok for me...4 gb RAM that is a different story

people complaining about this phone being 4g and 4gig ram, you should also complain why this phone less than £100 but not 120 watt charge or 480 hertz screen, (:

The issue is more that the phone isn't optimised to run with only 4GB of RAM. I have a Moto G14 for work which is significantly more performant, despite having the same amount of RAM and a slower SOC.
