    He probably means in comparison to other better ones, nothing wrong with it otherwise for what people will be buying it for. Unless they are buying purely based on price, rather than what they ideally need now & in the future.

    Mostly depends on how much the laptop has been used previously in regards to battery health. This seller has good rep / is authorised by Asus so should be fine. They state it will be 80% or over for battery.

    I have the 17.3" equivalent, same specs + backlit keyboard. Nothing wrong with it for web browsing and Office work. My screen is not OLED but actually surprisingly good. I bought mine new although I had refurbs in the past, some good, some not so good. For this price it should be in A-grade condition.
