I purchased a similar product from this company two weeks ago , but it was the i5 8gb Touchscreen. I will say how impressed I have been with the service from the company and the product, and also the fact you get a 12-month guarantee with it. I ordered it on a Wednesday evening and it arrived the Friday morning, (standard delivery) well packaged and protected. There had been good communication from the company. When I removed all the packaging and inspected it, I could not find a mark anywhere on it, it was like new. Fired up straight away. It was loaded with Windows 10 but I have put Windows 11 on and not had a problem. I only purchased it as my travel laptop as I have a larger screen more powerful one, but this serves the purpose. I don't use it for gaming, just in tablet mode for streaming movies, the internet and Office application. I get over 4 hours out of a charge, which surprised me because I had read on refurbs from other companies that they only guarantee about 2 hours on some machines, so that was a nice surprise, so all in all, so far pleased with the machine and the company selling it. Also, I think it was about £7.00 I got back through TopCashBack

Are you sure you are not an employee for the reseller

Also, these have USB-C, so with the right monitor you only need one cable for display and power (and even wired keyboard/mouse coming from the monitor). Makes for a neat solution

    Not a bad deal, thanks!

If you want to bargain hunt, looks for a Dell 7390 on ebay, you'll find auction laptops ending around £130

(Buy from a business and check the battery health, some auctions show the BIOS status)

I actually got this grade B. Just received yesterday. And it's pretty good so far.

Does it come with a power brick? Can't find any reassurances it does. (edited)

    Is it Windows 11 upgradeable?
    AdelRawas's avatar
Yes should be. The CPU is compatible with Windows 11 so can't see why not

I guess overall this was a decent deal but given that the a grade was like only £10 more that was a better deal than this. Either way both now sold out and expired. However there will be more alternatives. Give it a few months. (edited)

Potentially not, as their grade A and B are very close. I would say both were good deals though, it was a decent amount of computer for the money especially with 16GB RAM.

it's grade B, you have to expect scratches all over the places. once i bought a grade b laptop from them.

Mine arrived early this morning. What are people doing wrt Upgrading to Win 11? Will this run it easily or best sticking to Win 10? Sticking with 10 for now. (edited)

Had mine arrive today - in great condition considering it's Grade B, you'd be hard pressed to tell it had been used before. Did a Windows 11 clean install but struggling to get touchpad gestures (two finger scrolling etc) working - anybody have any issues with theirs?

Mine also arrived today. It looks well battered. I've purchased grade B from them before, so I knew what to expect. However, this unit has had a tough life.

Think I might have a lemon battery or something. Did all the Win updates with it plugged in. Put it to sleep. Still plugged in. Just picked it up now to use and 6% battery remaining Can't quite figure that one out.
