I was looking at the refurbished one below but there are many with scratch/dent that are cheaper.

Certainly can, but often they have worse processor and a smaller ssd. Depends on the trade off

Paying this much money for something refurbished ie dent and scratches，why dell don't do apple like refurbishment where they change shell of product...

Thank you OP, but I wouldn't buy dented bended laptop for this much money.

I would only buy the refurbished rather than the scratch and dented ones. But still, agree it's a lot of money for second hand laptop haha
