    These are excellent, one of the best things I've bought. Full house 'mopped' in a fraction of the time than manually mopping. Got it from eBay £50 a few months ago.

    Having previously owned a Karcher FC5 mains powered hard floor cleaner, my experience of the Vax Glide for the last year is that it's pants. The FC5 really felt like it was scrubbing the floor and it cleaned right up to the edge. The Vax barely makes contact and can't clean any closer than half an inch to the edge. The battery doesn't last long enough to clean my (admittedly large) kitchen and utility room floors. This might seem like a good price, but it's probably all it's worth anyway, given the poor performance.
