Story:
The Umbrella Corporation and its crop of lethal viruses have been destroyed and contained. But a new, more dangerous threat has emerged. Years after surviving the events in Raccoon City, Chris Redfield has been fighting the scourge of bio-organic weapons all over the world. Now a member of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), Chris is sent to Africa to investigate a biological agent that is transforming the populace into aggressive and disturbing creatures. Joined by another local BSAA agent, Sheva Alomar, the two must work together to solve the truth behind the disturbing turn of events.

Content Description:
This game is a port of the Games for Windows - Live version that was released in 2009. If you buy the Untold Stories Bundle here on Steam, it will be the same as upgrading to Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition.

I actually enjoyed this immensely back in the day. It was a fun co-op game.

The tightened up aiming controls, and co-op runs are fun, but as a mainly solo player, whenever I replay it, I can't help but think how different it would have been with just Chris on his own as the game intended right before the late change in 2008. Those first gameplay trailers in 06-07 with absolute hordes of enemies surrounding him were pretty much all lost in the final game, and many areas were simplified down and streamlined to accommodate the partner/co-op play better.

I still love the game, but I do wish I could have played the original vision.

Isn't Biohazard just the non Europe market name for Resident Evil?

I thought I was too scared for horror games but have completed Resi 2 and 3 remake, original Resi 4, Resi Revelations, Resi 7 and Resi village over the last few months on my steam deck. Tried 5 but just did not gel with it at all and I know 6 is terrible from playing it on the 360 (I think) years ago

When will they censor this game as you kill relatively many black guys? That cannot be in today's climate, can it?

The game is based in an imagined town/city in Africa… It would be weird if most of the zombies/mutants were white, surely? According to a quick Google search, white people only make up approx 13% of Africas population.

Also I think it’s important to note the ‘things’ you kill in the game are no longer human, I don’t think it matters what skin colour they are at that point. A monster is a monster. (edited)
