I used to go to Cape Verde every month of the year with work. It’s a windy baron rock in the Atlantic with nothing but 5 tui hotels and very poor locals. The surf is too dangerous to allow swimming most of the year. The hotel pools aren’t heated. The food is awful. Kite surfing there is amazing. That’s it. There is nothing in Cape Verde you can’t do in Europe with a much shorter flight and more interesting surroundings. Don’t fall for the photos of idyllic palm trees, pools and beaches. It isn’t. It’s awful. You’re welcome.
I wouldn’t go back to Cape Verde if the flights and hotel were free. (edited)

The example screenshots show flights from London to Sal, one of the Cabo Verde Islands, not to San Salvador in El Salvador, which is 7000km away.

Look at the journey time, some are huge stop overs.
