As part of the Ryobi ONE+™ system of over 200 cordless tools for the home, garden, automotive, crafting and much more, the Ryobi 18V ONE+™ RID1801M Cordless Impact Driver is perfect for quickly driving and removing screws as well as fastening and loosening long screws and bolts.

Designed to deliver high torque, this impact driver is ideal for many tasks that may involve fastening and loosening of wood screws, decking screws, bolts and much more that a drill would struggle to handle. With 220Nm of torque, 4x the power of a typical drill, it comes in handy for most projects. Its ¼ inch quick change chuck allows fast and secure changing of screwdriving bits and ensures the bits stay locked in place during use and also features a variable speed trigger for optimised control.

Using a 5.0Ah battery (not included), the Ryobi RID1801M can drive up to 408 4x65mm decking screws on a single charge. This is a bare tool - battery and charger are not included.

Impact rate (ipm): 0-3400
Max. torque (Nm): 220
No load speed (rpm): 0-3200

Hi,got couple of these really hand in the garden,I love find a excuse to use them
Make sure you get the 4.0 or 5.0 battery for best results

These are good. The impact Wrenches are even better. Have around 400nm of torque. Great for working on the car. Not seen a deal for one in a while, they did have a new version out recently  (edited)

Which one has 400nm please? Been looking for a decent impact for changing alloys over. Bought a 550nm amazon claimed impact which is more like 100nm!

People still don't seem to understand that 'impact driver' and 'impact wrench' are two different things.

Get the right tool for the job!

Not sure how people can get it wrong. In the building trade mostly use impact drivers and motor trade wrenches.

I've got the cheaper one, great bit of kit.

If someone could put in description the cost of a separate battery and the cost of a separate charger would be useful
