Arghhhhhh - it's not a bean-to-cup machine! Not the ops fault but it rattles my cage. Still, voted hot. (edited)

What is the best coffee machine around £500? Are there any which come down to £500 which are worth waiting for?

There were a couple of deals for the Impress at £599 recently. That has auto tamp/dose. Even if that’s no interest to you, I suspect it may drive the standard express prices down a bit.

May be worth checking your local Costco first before this if you are interested in the Express Impress:

If you're willing to buy a black one instead, there's a 15% off code for the same price direct from Sage that Amazon are price matching.

So whilst I haven't tested it on this machine, I used it on a Bambino, this should be available for £425.

To get a code they're single use, you need to subscribe to (for free) kevs coffee blog, and email them at kev@coffeeblog.co.uk

I believe its also available via perks at work, but HUKD won't let me post that until I prove it works, and I've already ordered so cba.

I'd post this as a deal but HUKD won't allow it sadly.

So you think it's worth spending a bit more for the Impress model?

I’ve had this for about 4 years, it get used 3 times a day and it has been brilliant. I weight my beans (18g) before grinding rather than trust the dosing. But all in all one of the best purchases I’ve made.
