Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 25-27 minutes from chilled or 35-37 minutes from frozen. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Warnings:
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use.
Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
