The one at currys is 256gb. So £100 more for new phone and more space.

Been wanting to upgrade my a52 ..i believe the 128gb version only has 6gb ram whereas the 256 has 8gb

There is a 6gb version however I think the 128gb version from Samsung UK model SM-A546BZKCEUB is 8gb/128gb so hopefully you may find that all UK versions are the same.

I suppose you'd need to check with O2 to make sure of the model number. (edited)

I cancelled airtime straight away but still being charged 1 month - can’t see there’s any way around this these days - any tips?

    Hi Paul,
I believe that if you didn't activate the SIM and cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period, they may take a month payment from you but should refund you afterwards. Keep any chat transcripts or records of conversations with the agents and you should be fine. Don't cancel the DD though, until you've been refunded as you don't need any more of a kerfuffle.
