No doubt that this is a good price for this specific product, especially if you have Costco membership. However, I do think you are paying for the Samsung branding on this one and I think there are better options out there for a similar price. Especially when you consider the fact the stand is fixed height (which isn't good for ergonomics) and the brightness is stated to be 250 nits (with reviews saying about 300-ish), it isn't so great. That being said, if you intend to mount this on an arm and use in a dark room, these are not issues.

One example of a better choice would be the iiyama G-Master GB3467WQSU-B5. It's very frequently <£320, even has been £299.96 at Amazon within the past 6 months. It's currently £319.99 at Amazon (£314.96 at Novatech with delivery, but only one in stock). Advertised with 550 nits and better contrast, and the stand is height-adjustable. Oh, and it comes with a 3-year warranty as opposed to the 2 years you get with the Samsung. One downside is that I believe that HDR is not available while using FreeSync, but this may also be the case for the Samsung, and HDR is not really much good without local dimming anyway. (edited)

Concur. The Samsung I had was overpriced and underspecced compared with the vastly better made AOC that replaced it. I wouldn't own another Samsung personally.

What neither have is auto brightness which I'd strongly welcome if used in a room with very variable light, the bigger the screen the more you feel it. On my 49" it's quite awkward sometimes.

Only 250 nits brightness too? That's so insanely low, how is it even rated for HDR when the brightness is so low the colours cant pop. Looks awesome at first glance but honestly I wouldn't bother. I'm pretty sure I saw other curved monitors on here the same size but only like £30 more but are 400nits which is of course a lot better.

edit: Yeah google HP Omen 34c and it's £330 on places like John Lewis even. Same screen size, also has freesync, same res, also 1ms, etc, but is 400nits and longer warrenty.

330 nits according to tested units, still very low for hdr :/

This is pretty much the new "normal price" for 34" VA monitors.
