    I am not the 'greenest' of people but to be fair trying to heat the air outside when most of the heat fly off into the parasol rather than reaching a metre or two lower down where you're sat, then yes I think put a jumper on, or find a more effective way to heat where you're sat. and yes 2Kw/h will not be hte cheapest if use for long periods (edited)
