Why do you have to pay first when you C&C..? Apparently have stock at a store near me now, but last time I paid in advance, drove there & the item wasn’t there, then it takes a week to refund you!

Showed as having stock at a store near me but won’t let me add it to the basket.. now OOS...! B&Q is sh** for C&C by the way - I’d phone and make sure they physically have stock first before driving - I’ve reserved before, got there with my reservation details, and they’re like ‘sorry, none here..’ (lol)
