    I have the same experience as above; the bottle leaks from the cap. Badly designed and not water tight after a few months. Cannot recommend even at this price.

    I have also had the same experience. I have 4 SiS bottles. I use them for cleaning my bike and the bathroom/shower.

    Lot of reviews showing the black writing coming off though

    The writing wears off as you take the bottle in and out of the bottle cage. The bottle has a good capacity but the water will taste like plastic if it's kept in there for ages especially when new.

    This deal was posted 5 days ago and now says expired even though it's not.
    I ordered and it's a different bottle to my existing one. Mouth valve is wider and has cheaper feel. I am not convinced it's original SIS

    It’s more than likely that SIS have sourced the bottle from a different manufacturer or to a different spec in order to improve profit margins.

    old design as shown in picture was much better, I ordered one on Amazon a few weeks back, the listing had the same picture as above but something different showed up

    new design has a lid which is more difficult to screw on/off and i don't like the nipple

    Agree with this. I bought 2 out of decathalon. The new design is much. They seem to use lower quality plastic. Not as good as the old one.

    The old design was great but this new design is a pain to open which makes it a waste of time.

    Just a word of warning. The new caps on these are not as good as the old ones. I bought 2 about 4 months ago. The cap design and quality of plastic is different to my old one. Harder to screw on and it leaks when drinking from it. Hopefully mine were a bad batch but the cap in the picture is the older design, not the same as the 2 I received.

    Last time this was on sale. I got it for this same price. I'll admit it's cheap but man it's a ***** to open, especially with wet hands.

    Good deal, but personally I prefer the CamelBaks - they're quite a bit more expensive but you don't need to wrestle with the top or pull out your front teeth to get a glug!

    But, correct me if I'm wrong, the spout doesn't fully detach and can't be cleaned fully?
