Is it possible to get an auto winding solar powered watch?

    Not really.

Auto winding watches are mechanical movements with the spring that powers them wound up by the movement of the wrist, solar watches are quartz movements with the electricity to run them generated by a solar cell, so the terms are essentially mutually exclusive.

All solar powered watches charge themselves without needing new batteries though, if you want to distort the terminology a bit. (edited)
