    This may be deemed controversial but I am pretty sure the staff at our local store keep things for themselves and cancel customer orders. Has happened a few times with me which makes me suspicious and I didn’t bother ordering from this deal today. Heat for the find though OP

    Order cancelled. This has happened multiple times. Wilko click and collect is pointless.

    I ordered one of each Dove and S&G last night-  order is ready to collect minus one Dove. I was fully expecting the lot to be cancelled. Was picked first thing as I got a ready to collect at 9.30am but maybe as I ordered once store was closed yesterday it didn’t give much opportunity for them to be bought off shelf. The situation is so bad with cost of living, the reduced to clear sections have so little in them and they’re reducing items by far less. I went into Superdrug the other day and was disgusted to find that Dove deodorant was £7 a can in there and on offer for £3.50. I thought it was half off the £3.50 until I read the shelf label. The lady at the till agreed it was madness.
