Amazon have taken a dark turn for me as of recent, threatening to close my account which I have already paid 90 pound a year for for prime, because they believe I'm abusing the returns policy. The last item I returned was a Christmas present in December.
They said if I return any more they may close my account. The fact they have that power and I'm helpless when I lose my 90 pound prime membership, made me question why I really need them when they can just switch off your access at the flick of a switch. To hell with them.
