Bit peed off I bought loads of PSVR1 games and very few of them are getting free upgrades. I think about 20 games are getting free upgrades and I only have one or two of them.

That showcase didnt exactly set the world of PSVR2 alight. Going to need some deep discounts and decent games soon (edited)

I wonder how much it cost them to develop and also the build cost (per unit)...?

I get that these are good but at £100 more than my actual PS5 I can't bite.

It's very high spec, pretty much the best current headset .. if only Xbox would patch in support for Oculus/Meta or something and get some competition on consoles

The novelty is wearing off for VR I reckon. I got in on the hype train early with the original HTC Vive, sold it for pretty much the same price I bought it after 6 months or so. I don't know what it's going to take for me to get excited about VR again, but this aint it.

This is very expensive. I myself have bought the VR2, but I bought it via "Game" where you can buy the headset device with a bunch of games, which comes out much much cheaper than this one.

Ok, this particular one includes a charging stand. But you can purchase cheaper alternatives via Amazon. This is what I've done.

The following is not really a deal, but gives you an idea on what's available. The online store GAME, do some great various bundle offers on the VR2 at the moment.

I took advantage and got the VR2 Headset (with the Horizon Call of the Mountain game), plus Physical game versions of: Townsmen VR and Resident Evil Village Gold edition, all for £584.99.

The invoice was split as follows:

    - VR2 Headset with Horizon game:
    £516.98
    - Resident Evil Village Gold Edition: £36.27
    - Townsmen VR: £31.74
    TOTAL: £584.99

It's not bad considering what you're getting for the price. (edited)
