Just come back from Aldi and noticed that have started selling Spirulina for only £2.49, which is significantly cheaper than anywhere else in my opinion. One for all you health food fanatics.

Ever heard of Google? Put it in your smoothie and drink it, obviously. Wow.
how big is the bag? Costco to 500g for £6.49 so depends on how big the bag is to say if it's a good deal. I've not found it anywhere near Costco price before

almost double the price then. I'll keep getting mine from Costco
The main thing with spirulina is to know where has it been grown ... if in china seas then good luck as water over there is seriously polluted.

Spent some time in the past about it and the best one at a reasonable price comes from Earthrise California
the Costco one is grown in Hawai

Its an algae apparently has a high concentration of protein and iron I did know either
And lots of other powders as well, supergreen powder, wheatgrass powder, and also cacao powder and a different brand of cacao powder!
