    This game is fantastic but I've had to stop cos I find the job/skill system so overwhelming. I don't know who to put at what.

    In a sense it doesn't really matter, do what you think is right.
    There are some that you would obviously see and get due to being clearly useful.

    Some of the characters are better at som etraits then others, which i seem to recall is noticeable by them having a slightly higher level in that trait.

    You can completely break the game due to the system too.

    I do totally get the overwhelmingness to it, I had the same. Some google fu did help to wrap my head around it albeit i would need to go back to it to properly remember.
