This is not a remarkable price...it's around £45 in Morrisons, so when they have a £5 off £40 voucher it's only £40!

...personally, I'll wait 'til it's nearer the £20 mark before I even consider giving Luca$$$ any more of my hard earned!!
Got this for the equivalent of £12.50 with my Livingsocial vouchers. :P Great boxset. Box art could be better but you get used to it.
Still too much.

Tesco also gives a fairly reliable 8% cashback worth £ 3.40 plus between 42p and £ 1.68 worth of CC points (depending what you do with them) - so a good deal at the moment. I'm not in desperate hurry so will wait a bit longer though.
HAWT
Price is getting better, shame only 3 movies are worth watching in this pack.

Having been gouged by George Lucas on the VHS, Special Editions, DVDs etc, I think I will wait till it drops to below 15 quid before even considering the bluray.

it has. been £45 for atleast the last 6 months!

if you know anyone who works for morrisons ask them to get you a copy tomorrow, its extra discount day so can get it for £38.25
Original Trilogy De-Specialized version on Blu-Ray please George [cleaned and polished only]. Spielburg is releasing the Original E.T. [1982] without the walkie talkies and CGI E.T. bits, why can't we see Han shoot first for gods sake George?

I reckon he's so stubborn, he'll release a 3D boxset in 2020 with extra tinkering and NOOOOOOO's, produce episodes 7-10 by 2030 on Blu-Ray [or whatever format], then if he's still around we'll get an Episodes 1-10 boxset in 4d by 2040, and finally when we're all in a old people's home and don't care anymore, they'll decide it's a good idea to release the original theatrical versions of 4-6. in old fashioned 2d

Watch this George and learn how to listen to your fans

He sees it as HIS story, its HIS baby and he can do what he likes. The issue with this is that the more he changes it from what people (that have made him very rich) love, the more it annoys us. He's too stubborn to realise this. I grew up a Star Wars kid, now I couldn't care less!
getting better. i know the first 3 are no match but i liked them, especially revenge of the sith - apart from anakins nooooooooooooooo at the end.
This is a deal?
No thanks. Waaaaay too expensive
Yay! Gotta get this quick. Will give me enough time to save up for the Blu ray 3D boxset released later. Then all I will need is the 4K HD set next year and then the 4k3DSuper Bluray HDHD the year after that. You gotta love the Lucas!
£30 and I'll consider "upgrading" to blu-ray.
No chance at this price.

Voted hot - you can't currently get it cheaper elsewhere. Unfortunately.

6 films and not one worth watching.

Maybe instead of whining, you and other fans should axtually do something and stop giving Lucas your cash. You're complaining but bending over at the same time!

You got that right! I reckon he'll get ahead of the game and release the 4D ("time" ladies and gentlemen) version before the tech is available to play the bl**dy thing!

Seems to me that is exactly what he is doing (not the bending over bit...he might be bending over but I would be guessing). You are both on the same page.
One day it will be under £20 then and only then I will buy it
