    Le time explain why this is terrible instead of saying it's terrible. The chair arm rests are connected to two location the rear back and the seat, although it's cheap and cheerful the mechanism here faulters, after use the rear connection will break of no fault of your own, it's just wear and tear but need to stress this is a common design from china with personal stamps. They all have the same issue and guarantee after possibly a year or shorter depending on use it'll loosen and eventually break (thread for bolt/screw) anyways hope that helps someone! I bought these a few times but Amazon and was lucky enough to fight for the refund albeit broke with 7 to 8 months after 10 hours use mon to Friday.

    Also, after a year and half- that “leather look” will start peeling no matter what you do and it will look ugly. Save your money- buy fabric- as easy to clean as leather, don’t sweat and lasts way, way longer.

    Consider yourself lucky. It's cheap in more ways than one, buying a decent second hand office chair from your local office surplus would be better than these so called 'gaming' chairs
