Adidas UltraBoost running shoes - £70 + £4.99 Delivery @ Sweatshop
Found 27th Dec 2017Found 27th Dec 2017
I have looked for these running shoes for ages and have found nothing less than £100 for a few months. At £70, these are a bargain.

Still got a few.boxes of the first ever ultra boost from Very.. paid £50 in sale.. great shoes

Use PayPal so you get free returns and dispute if they don’t refund the shipping they’ve tried a few times to not refund postage when I’ve returned an order

Never seen the men's this cheap online before, decent selection of sizes aswell, I recommend sizing up half a size for these 3.0 ultra boost. Thanks op, ordered

Unless faulty, you cannot return items bought from this shop instore. Obviously website purchases are protected, but it costs £5 delivery then at least another £5 if you want to return. I felt smug getting these before Christmas at half price (so £70) using a mates Vitality 50% off voucher. Not so smug now! lol

If you get it delivered (click and collect) to a Sweatshop branch, you will get a £5 voucher back. Therefore, free-ish delivery 😊😊😊

Anybody have any discount / delivery codes ?

Not a bad price & currently cheaper than amazon. Not checked prices elsewhere yet. Currently running in these shoes (approx 400 miles to date) and found them fine. Grip not brilliant on slippery ground.

Garmin Forerunner 735XT Multisport GPS Watch £259.99 (Save £140) @ Sweatshop

Will they ever release a Forerunner 635? I don't see much point if a 935 has all of the features plus a bit of Multisport action. They could just cripple the feature list and drop the price by a few quid. Anyway, at this price the 735 looks like a perfect replacement for the 620.

Good price - still waiting for their next running flagship model. Triathlon watches seem to be their main focus atm.

Meant to say that they only have the HRM strap bundle online but it's £340. Not worth it for the strap really. May need to ring your local store. Plenty in MK.

Sweatshop Freebies

If you like running and looking to join a free running community sweatshop might be an option. They offer below rewards as per the completed runs (1 run per week) below. ** check … Read more

got excited thought it said sweetshop freebies :|

It is based on a year from the first run date, so a week away wouldn't be an issue but realistically only the most committed are likely to hit 50 weeks in a year. And this is effectively Sports Direct under another name, so don't be surprised if you need to prod for the "rewards" - from experience there is a reasonable chance they won't immediately have an SRC T Shirt in your size, and in the few years that I have been running with them I've never seen one of the "free nutrition packs". The SRC foam rollers seem to be rarer than unicorn horns in the couple of stores I've run with.

The rewards are kind of cool but wouldn't count on it as I doubt many would stick around 50 weeks. Just doing it is a reward in itself. ;)

Unless they have changed the rules, I think the runs must occur on consecutive weeks. If you're trying for the higher value rewards then any holidays of a week or more away would balls the whole she-bang up.

It has a headphone socket too :)

reviews on this are terrible, plus mp3 input and speakers is pointless due to the noise this treadmill makes, really need to wear headphones

Not only is it cheaper in price but it has a more powerful motor and it also has a wider runway. Also has USB input for MP3 players/Phone etc and a Maximum User Weight: 140kg

I don't know anything about treadmills but am looking to buy one, why is the one you linked to better?

Nice one. I'll check out the Lidl ones.

Not tried these but have had other asics sock which got holes within 6 months. My Lidl ones get used about once a week for almost two years with no holes.

X) you know where socks generally tend to wear out, like around the heel, and sometimes near the toes. The material is thicker there. They are also a bit tight in comparison to other socks. I reckon the primary function of socks are to wick sweat away from your feet and to keep your feet warm. X)

Maybe. Never tried the Lidl ones. These ones seem like they won't wear out that much over time too. £4 might be a bit much, but they are my favourite socks now though :D

"Really nice support in all the right places. They have quite a tight fit around your feet." Isn't that their primary function?

This is a great deal. Amazon seem to be selling without a HRM for £91 so to get it with one for a little over £50 is great. Shame I have a watch - I just need the HRM! Anyone want to buy the watch off me...?

Garmin Forerunner 610 HRM £130 @ Sweatshop
Found 21st Dec 2016Found 21st Dec 2016
Garmin is far better than tomtom and this is a lot of watch for the price. The interval features are a must for any serious runner.
Get dealGet deal

Top gun! the XT models are decent

I have beaten my PB consistently over the last few years and I don't do highly-customisable intervals! I have a TomTom Spark and also a Garmin FR920XT - both great watches. If this watch was under a £100 it might be good value but it's really quite outdated now.

Tomtom is okay for the hobby runner but they lack basic advanced user settings like high customisable interval settings which is important when training to beat your PB

Did some more research and seems like the 920xt would be a better model than this

Thanks for the code!!!! Interesting points. Glad to know the running community is present! I wish that the MotoActv had come out with a 2 version.

Staying on topic though, these are really great shoes. I have the same model in the exact same colour and got it for a similar price on sportsshoes.

You are obviously not a runner. I was benched for 2 months after running a half marathon in the wrong shoes.

That is not a bad price.

I take it you didn't see the programme on TV sometime ago debunking the myth about expensive & 'tailored' running shoes?

New Balance running shoes sale on Sweatshop. From £25

Sweatshop has New Balance running sale. Prices started from 25. Add: 9100000000671 code for an extra 20% off.

picked mine up today, glad I followed advice and ordered half a size bigger

It seems this company is now owned by SportsDirect. I was going to place an order by didn't because: 1. 4.99 delivery OR 4.99 click and collect (which seems unusual and extortionate) 2. Reviews suggest you can't actually get a refund, only a credit note 3. Some reviews suggest you can't return online orders to store I guess 2 and 3 may be conflicting and the distance selling regs may kick in, however, with numerous bad reviews I decided to swerve it. If anyone else does go for it, I have the Zante freshfoam and they're well comfy! - I usually size up in new balance but these were true to size. I think it might be more the classics which require a size up.

They cancelled my order of M1080v5 size 11.5 in green. Poor stock control.

Thanks ordered 3 pairs. Forgot to put code in !!
