Stayed at this hotel as part of a quick city break on way to North Wales. Was really good and well located.

Stayed here with an ex a while ago. We ended up rowing and fighting throughout the stay. Bad vibes I think….I ended up leaving on a day earlier.

I'm told the hotel is named after the resident, apparently he ended up there after developing writers block and taking up a role as winter caretaker.
