New wrap from McDonald’s. Just had one and fair to say it’s reasonably spicy. Not bad for £1.99 every Wednesday for limited time.

    Dont forget

    3 chicken fillets is £4.19
2 "wrap of the day" and remove everything apart from the chicken = 4 pieces for £3.98

KFC is 4 mini fillets, fries & drink for £3.74 for the next 3 days ~ 50% off in the app

Am glad people are talking about the KFC wraps. Not only do they taste nicer, you also get a lot more chicken in them!

Dude wraps of day deal is available for years so is a normal process that they will add a new wrap to the existing deal...

Understood but it’s nice to know there is a new wrap added to their wrap of the day deal and which day it is

I paid £4.19 for one today next to Paddington station. Meant to get a wrap of a day (sweet chilli chicken), but thought that I’ll try as I was hoping it will be nice and hot.

It wasn’t. If you’re paying full price, don’t bother, go to KFC and get the one with supercharger mayo, at least you’ll enjoy it.

Used to get McDonald's wraps a lot , but loving the KFC wraps much more for the same price (edited)

Totally agree the Chicken in McDonald's has totally changed & not for the better unfortunately 🙃 (edited)

Mcdonalds wraps suck. KFC also do a wrap of the day for £1.98, but nobody seems to talk about them. The chicken is nicer, the sauce is nicer, the tortillas they use are wrapped a lot better, and they come with a pretty good crunchy, pickled slaw. Overall far less dry and far more flavoursome. Of course that's just my opinion, but thought some might like to know (edited)

Agreed, had McDonald's wraps for ages, tried a KFC one and it blows it out the water. Defo switch if you can!

I liked the buffalo sauce one they used to do when they first came out about 5 years ago, was super hot. Gutted they stopped them tbf.

Got one of those after a few too many beers. Still blew my head off. Especially the pooled up sauce at the bottom of the wrap 🥵

Thanks for posting,I would have it without the sauce!

You may aswell just order one of the other crispy wraps they do then. All the same apart from different sauce

Just tried it,wouldn't say it was a true Sriracha tbh, although yes it's spicy enough

It's definitely spicy. And a pretty good deal

The grilled one is quite low calorie. Much needed after December

It would be nice if mcdonalds would get more creative with their food. In the UK, new to them is either adding hot sauce or beechwood smoke bacon.

Just go to KFC for a far superior chicken wrap. Fresh, Crispy, Succulent; Game changing American-style crunchy slaw; Delicious Nandos-style hot mayo (when on daily wrap menu). Same price on Wrap of Day
    Dantess's avatar
Agreed. The chicken is actual chicken texture with a freshly fried crisp coating. McDonald's snack wraps are just pure crunch with no substantial chicken inside. KFC's slaw is so lovely as well, I've been trying to buy a pre-made slaw from shops that can rival KFC's to put in home made wraps.
That being said go for the Supercharger wrap of the day 🏻 I haven't tried Korean BBQ version yet

    Wednesdays though... Urggh. Annoying.

    Healthier than kfc spicy mayo
    deleted2447758's avatar
Both are fried chicken. The mayo is the least of your worries if you're calorie counting

KFC's spicy mayo is the best wrap in this budget. Tuesdays- £1.98

Not sure but my app shows this one from Mcd as £3.39 and sweet chilli as £1.99- Wrap of the day (edited)

Saw this post this morning and went got it for lunch. My verdict: not bad. It has some heat to it I admit. Better than Maccys past offerings.

How do you find out what is the wrap of the day?
    Olusek's avatar
In your McDonald's app go to wraps, it's the one for £1.99

50% of the time the chicken selects are raw

Had about 30 of them last year. That never ever happened to me.

Tried a grilled wrap the other day, it was awful compared to the crispy. Like they just microwaved the meat, but was overcooked - dry and tough. Don't know if it was a one-off bad one
    Harrison_Judd's avatar
    They do microwave it
