Offending processor and screen size. Sorry I can’t say more than that.

How about just not commenting at all, as everyone here already knows your neuroses with these things and that you have no intention of actually buying a laptop...

For the sake of another £80 or so, i put one together with the better 400nit display, IR/FHD webcam, integrated 4G, fingerprint power button, upgraded 4 cell battery, and the sealed battery replacement for £800. Whilst certainly not as well built or upgradable as T series' of old; i reckon thats a pretty solid deal for a solid business grade machine these days.

    Damn decent find! (edited)

    Definitely worth an extra £80

Add the 100% SRGB 400 nit screen!

I was about to say the only weak point is the screen, but that would make it perfect.

That's a nice laptop and a nice spec! Radeon 680M iGPU with that CPU too so the graphics won't be too bad at all.

    intel Xe is better no?

If I hadn't found an Intel t14s gen 3 on eBay for 600 quid new with the 400 nit screen and a few other extras recently I defo would have got this as it's AMD and 32gb.

Not bad but seems overshadowed by the recent Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro deal which would be faster (7000-series Zen 4) and higher spec for less money. It's not a ThinkPad but still very solidly built.

Agree but this is aimed more at business use. The processor in the IdeaPad is a beast though

I am a moderate user , mostly uses laptop for office work, programming , browsing and watching videos. Shall I go for this deal or the MSI prestige 13 evo one?

There's not a lot in it in terms of raw CPU power, it might come down to which screen size you prefer?

If you want to do ANY gaming then go for the AMD as the integrated graphics is significantly better.
