Actual wireless data throughput and wireless coverage are not guaranteed and will vary as a result of 1) environmental factors, 2) network conditions and 3) client limitations, including rated performance, location, connection quality, and client condition.

Secure One-Touch Connection for Easy Setup Step 1: Simply press the WPS button on your router and, within 2 minutes, the WPS button on RE230 to connect to the network.

Step 2: Once connected, place RE230 to the best location—without reconfiguration.

Notes: Please connect the extender to the router via the Tether app or Web UI if your router doesn’t support WPS.

dont forget if you are experiencing weak wifi signals in any rooms, you can try and contact VM and they maybe able to send out some wifi plugs or Wifi-pods, if you are one the 1gig bb service you are entitled to a free wifipod free you have to mention this to them though that its free otherwise they go the "tech" support route when you just want it free.

Worth an attempt on freephone before spending the cash imo.

I had dead zones and could never get them to work. Moved router, changing channels, nutting my nogging!!! I thought it was my isp, but all along was something to to with my house. I did power line with these for games consoles etc works great but could never solve internet upstairs so I went for some decos and it’s the best ever experience. No more dead zones
