Get 3 TP-Link Tapo P110 with energy monitoring for £19.98, works out at £6.66 each (select accounts).
On the 2 pack there's a promo to purchase an additional 1 pack for £7.99 but if you go onto the 1 pack, you can redeem a voucher (click the button) and get it for £4.99 (already posted by Xzsharp). The two promotions combine so you can get all 3 for £19.98.
So, step 1, click the redeem button on the 1 pack. Step 2, go onto the 2 pack and go to the promotion and click 'add both to basket'. Total at checkout should then be £19.98 with free standard delivery to a locker for non-prime users.
