Get dealGet deal

Between 17-19 degrees, we have been to Portugal in November 2017 and February 2018 and it is Still t-shirt weather in day time and if you stay at the right places you should still have places to drink and eat opened. We are going again secondweek in December!

least there wont be any bush fires

Great!!!!! thanks for sharing!!

Fabulous deal.

Warmer than here but not very warm. Outside their season so many restaurants will be shut. I've been to the Algarve in November and enjoyed it but it wasnt easy finding places to eat.

They will bulk buy the fries anyway but most people don’t go for a nice steak and smash down fries. There will be some though that will (like myself) They will generally be making 20-30% loss on the this.

Unlimited fries?? That’s amazing. They must really be taking a big hit on profits to offer unlimited fries

Hot for me, but checking direct on the website the Lands End Restaurant states the meal is £19.95 for 2 course and 3 course £24.95 (lunch or evening) I cannot seeanywhere that it shows a 43% discount as Travelzoo state... edit - I just noticed if you add (Shall we start with a glass of champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée £14.50?) it would come to £33.45 if you drink alcohol

Can't comment on the alcoholic drinks, at most I have a beer before, if its an evening flight. In terms of food, as a veggie you wont have that much choice. There will be customary spread of pastries/cakes/etc. There will be a veg main, but I think you'll be lucky to get two. My mum who's also a Veggie tends to eat the fruit and pastries from what she tells me, but not sure if its this lounge or another. Check out trip advisor or google "Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow" and select images, people tend to put some examples of the fare on offer.

Any idea of the full drinks list? And what kind of food is served for lunch/dinner? (Vege here, lol) Never bothered with the lounge, but at £26 it’s not bad to try (y)

I also get them through Amex and through my Bank account. LHR isnt bad for lounge access. Gatwick can be a pain apparently :/

We get two passes with our Amex Gold. First year there is no fee. Plus if you spend £2k in first 3 months you get 20k bonus points (22k if you get someone to refer you). That's enough in Avios for a return EU flight. Refer your other half and you'll get another 9k in points, so you have enough for 2 return shorthaul flights. 1) Sign up or get referred to Amex Gold 2) Pay for your holiday with it :) 3) Use the free lounge passes 4) Get your 20k (or 22k with referral) points 5) Refer other half and get 9k referral points 6) Transfer points to Avios and get 2 return shortfall flights 7) Cancel your card and go back to step (2) with your other halfs card :) 8 ) Dont pay for lounge access. Give me a like on HUKD 8)

I get access to this lounge with my amex lounge pass. I've never been refused entry on the grounds it's full. Worst I've had is "hey, it's pretty busy this morning, you may have to share a table".

Did this when it was £1 in like 2012. If it weren't so cheap and I didn't live 20 minutes from it, I'd have been pretty disappointed. If you've been to a game there, then it's pretty pointless given how there's no club's history like with other stadium tours. Wouldn't go out my way for this, if I'm being honest

Has somebody actually don it? Is it really worth it?

You spend £800m in London and then sell for £900m over a decade later? Trust me, that a loss & mismanagement!!

Doesn't shock you though they actually knocked down the first one before realising there mistake and rebuilding it

To be clear. Just buy the voucher and turn up. No need to book any specific day or time.....?

Personally I don't like Shrigley, the whole area is dated and very...local. I went into a café and asked if I could change my newborn before I ordered my lunch, I was told to do it in my car! This is typical of the staff in everywhere I've been in the area - they act like you're a total inconvenience. I've not heard great things about this hotel - those photos are a few years old!

yeah - i went a few years ago and it was okay. think we paid not much more than advertised price but it included dinner we had a great room overlooking reception / golf course we ate in restaurant and dinner was good i used the pool which was okay but a bit dated

I went for a one night stay before visiting Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. Had most of the afternoon there using the Spa and having a some drinks and snack. The evening meal was terrific, room was pretty decent in my opinion (This was Oct time). Only disappointment was the Jacuzzi not being in operation (After speaking with a frequent visitor - they said it had been like that for some time now). Not a massive pool/sauna/steam room but I enjoyed them. Would def book again.

Thanks for that. I was about to buy it.. ;)

Stayed here for a wedding, the rooms were horrific and in hot weather the rooms are unbearable. I'd personally avoid.

I can't share the 170 as it's quite hard to get in as it is. But the 230 is in Keswick called mountain view Flat 1 on Penrith road. I can pm you the number. Remember it's quite popular with a lot of lifers that rebook every year and there is a long lead time usually to book. She is called Kathleen on 01768776457

Hi Pengwyn, any chance you can share where?

It's not the lakes so the location isn't the best in cumbria. I've got a couple of crackers that I've found over the years. We pay 170 for 5 birth and 230 for 7 berth for week. Nice hotel though

These deals are good but the hotel dictates when you go normally offpeak and midweek so i would like to book when it suits me
