Don’t be fooled on this one. We went to Bills for a similar offer last Summer. We was told they didn’t have any although advertised outside. Complained due to travelling 45 minutes to take my son there. All of a sudden they decided they could make them and wished they didn’t bother, they were like cardboard and the syrup was sparse to say the least.

Go to your local supermarket and do yourself, you will enjoy the experience more.

Just to add that the kids pancakes are £3.95 and really well presented with ice cream berries, banana, chocolate flake, sprinkles and maple syrup. Oh and a drink.My kids enjoyed them. (edited)

Had this in my local Bills last year and was very underwhelmed. Not only were they understaffed to serve an "all you can eat" service (e.g. monitoring and serving more as they came), but the sides were penny-pinched.

It put me off going back to Bills at all - I had a pretty favourable impression of their food and service before and far less so after that experience.

In theory. Went some time ago and they gave my mother the gluten free menu and the rest of us the regular menu.

We all ordered from our menu. Food came. The items from my mother's order that were on both menus came out with the non-gluten free option because we hadn't double-confirmed. Stupidly we assumed that they'd realise given that she was ordering from that menu.

So, yes - good options, no bad process.

Our local has closed recently but the pancakes were always tasty. Easy to make at home but I always enjoyed the bills breakfast, followed by the 5 stack of pancakes as a treat.
