About this item
  • Compatible with iPads Models: UGREEN Stulys pen for iPad 2nd Generation is suitable for iPad Pro 11-inch (1st/2nd/3rd/4th Gen), iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd/4th/5th/6th Gen), iPad Air ( 4th/5th Gen), iPad Mini 6th Gen. Note: It only works for the above model. It is not compatible with any other iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, or other devices
  • Magnetic Wireless Charging: UGREEN iPad Pencil incorporates magnetic wireless charging. Instead of charging with a cable, simply dock the stylus to the side of the iPad and it charges automatically. You can charge it anytime, anywhere, and record your inspiration on the go. The magnetic hook makes it easy to store and prevents it from getting lost
  • Long Battery Life & Bluetooth: With an upgraded built-in battery, the iPad pencil can be fully charged in just 1.5 hours, giving you a battery life of about 9 hours. If you do not do any operation for 5 minutes, the system will enter sleep mode to save power. You can check the battery level of the pen at any time by pairing it with your iPad via Bluetooth connection. Note: The stylus pen can be used without a Bluetooth connection
  • Pixel Precision: The iPad Pen incorporates a high-performance chip for higher pixel precision and writes freely like the original pen, without skipping or lag. The pen tip has a copper core that improves signal transmission for more continuous strokes and smoother writing. Comes with 3 extra replacement tips, and the pencil tip is compatible with iPad tips
  • Sensitive to Tilt and Palm Rejection: Different tilts result in different line thicknesses, and full-screen support for palm rejection allows you to type freely, restoring the true typing experience. Fine 1.5mm nib for delicate lines, ideal for taking notes, drawing, and signing documents

I’ve had similar from AliExpress etc years ago and even then they’ve all been more than fine for note taking. The biggest let downs were normally the lack of wireless charging (usb c or funny wired end adapters) and lack of pressure sensitivity if you did want them for drawing. I only ever did note taking so the wireless charging in this would sell me tbh

    Not touch sensitive I bet.

The 80 quid usb c one isn't so I would be surprised if a 20 quid one was

How does this compare to the 'real deal' ie gen 2? I am currently using M1 ipad pro with the first gen pencil (yes it does function with a little workaround) but quite tempted to get a new one that could magnetically attached/ charged. (edited)
