I have filled my south facing garden with fruit trees, can you use seeds in between them or will the trees or seeds take too much nutrients out of the ground?

BTW a huge amount of blackberry bushes have appeared out of nowhere on one side of the house and have decided to block off the side access as well, as if they could read my mind, as well as providing a few months worth of free fruit to go with my breakfast salad.

You can grow plants under or between trees, yep. I grow mostly flowers between my apple trees, have never tried it with veg. It should be fine if the plants get enough light. If the trees are big they may suck up quite a lot of water in a hot summer and if the plants still don't grow well with enough light and water then they probably need more nutrients. If you haven't already, you could read about permaculture where it is very common to grow plants under trees.

I've just placed the order for some seeds. No mention of any free seeds on their website during the order process.... let's wait and see what happens.

There is a banner at the top which mentions the free seeds as above

Ours arrived this morning with 3 free packets of seeds: tomato, lettuce and poppy. So 5 packs of seeds delivered for under £2.
