- AuthorI love my vax carpet cleaner, easy to clean and cleans carpet well. Still in working order so cannot comment on spares and repairs.
Had terrible experience with vax carpet cleaners. I didn't know otherwise. Couldn't get spares etc and 4 different vacuum repair shops said sorry we don't touch them.lesson learnt. Anyone any recommendations?
They've always been great for me. If it's in warranty, just give em a call and they'll probably send you a new one straight away
