sorted by12nm of torque means it'll be underpowered for even light DIY jobs. For general DIY I would suggest getting something with at least 35/40nm.
Single speed box so drilling will be slow with the low max rpm, not that I think it would handle much drilling anyway. It'll keep cutting out as it doesn't have enough torque.
