    Bad choice.

    The first Wii version can be had for less than this if you look on ebay / fb market place and will allow you to play Gamecube games and play via gamecube controllers with up to 4 connections. The later Wii versions also have significantly worse video output quality.

    You are missing out on a lot of the Wii's functionality.

    this is discounted price for this wii so could be missing accessories, maybe 3rd party controller or even badly scratched. given its v2 which as mentioned removed features such as connection for gamecube controllers I don't think this is such a good deal. can find the original versions for less sometimes better condition from likes of cash converters only difference is they don't offer same warranty compared to cex.

    Definitely worth going for a version of the console that has Gamecube controller ports on it. Seeing as it's so easy to softmod the console and have a full library of GC titles for it there's not so much point in getting this version. Playing F-Zero GX with a Gamecube controller is perfection.

    What is this? A Wiimote for ants? How can we be expected to allow children to learn how to play... if they can't even use the remote?
