I received mine a few days ago, in the town centre there is a big deadspot for EE 5G in my area and the phone does not switch to 4G like my Poco F3 did, so then I have no signal. I tried changing the SIM and with no luck. I tried the EE shop and I helpful salesman could not find the settings in HyperOS.

Anyone know of a fix, as I like the phone and don't want to send it back (edited)

Three things.
One, delete the phone from basket.
