I can't imagine anyone ever has paid £42 for one of these. XL have been pushing these as a special offer for years at various prices. £9.99 is the cheapest I remember. Its alright, but not really a deal.

I had one of these, not bad for the price, but the zips are hard to operate as they tend to get stuck.

I bought 2 of these for both my sons a while ago. The zips broke after only a couple of uses on both bags. Maybe it was a bad batch at that time. Hopefully they are better now.

Amazing that the zips are the weak point considering the intended users!

They should be one of if not the strongest point, bikers wear gloves....make the zips large and robust!

I considered this bag but got one of these instead, no issues with the zips (which clip together) so far: sportsbikeshop.co.uk/mot…928 (edited)

Does it fit a helmet? I don't have a top box, so I need to carry my helmet, and the bag which came with it is pretty poor.

I posted this deal years ago after buying one (about £12 back then) but the zip came loose leaving the bag wide open (not the zipper but the actually whole zip came away from the material of the bag making it irreparable. Shame as really like the bag.

That's when I purchased mine after seeing your deal. Zips broke on both bags. I couldn't return because both my sons didnt use them straight away so I missed the return window

I have one of these, it's not worth £42, so long as your zips work like others have mentioned (mine seem ok, for now, not had loads of use as I don't always use it), it's not bad for 15 however, good even. It's a 25 bag at best, but certainly good for the E-Bike

Big enough for a sandwich and a packet of crisps.

Quality isn't the best but the price is cheap so you get what you pay for.

Had one of these for a while and think paid about £15, was never that useful due to the size of the bag being limited and as everyone mentions the zip issue.

Traded it for a Knox roll top bag and has been the best purchase made for ages if anyone is looking for their next bag! Been in some mega downpours and never got anything wet, only downside they are expensive in comparison but had mine a few years and still good as new and use every day

Not really are bargain as I bought one of these a great many years ago on a 'Special Offer'? for the same or less. Not sure I'd use it as a daily backpack but it makes and excellent holiday backpack as you need to take it off your back to unzip, thus making it difficult for pickpockets to blunder your valuables.

That's a good point that I had never thought of!

These are great if you're not looking to carry loads of stuff & you get a good zip. It curves around your back so if you want to pack it, it bulges out & isn't the comfiest.
I've had 2. 1 lasted a couple of years & then the zip went. I got another & the zip went within a couple of months. It's a bit of a lottery but when you're paying buttons, it comes with the territory.
