I bought this last week and it is really bad. Really flimsy and feels like it will break at any point.

need one like that with padded armrests. any recommendations?

Same (very similar) chair, different brand but with padded foldable armrests - Link (edited)

These are awful, the sponge foam are recycling small pieces, it is not a one piece sponge. Dust gets in the mesh, make it impossible to clean.

Don't do it! These chairs are awful!! Go to ikea and buy a Markus.

This is £40 odd quid and a Markus is £150 :/ (edited)

    Can the armrests be removed?
    Kako_Ponga's avatar
I don't think so, the armrests are in the structure, if you accidentally lean back one day I can see you doing somersaults all the way to the kitchen

I have this, or one that is identical (they're all the same at this price) and it's okay.
Does it serve its function? Yes.

Don't enjoy your hard days work too much though, leaning back on it will make the kind of noises that remind you that you spent £40 on a crap chair. Genuinely sounds like it's about to break at any given moment.

I have this chair, used it for about 9 months, was making some dodgy sounds and the metal has fractured

I wish there was something like this but with a mesh seat. Sponge foam is horrible for summer heat

Is the chair from IKEA any better than these

got a very similar (possible same) chair to this and it broke within 6 months
