Dominos Pizza offer: any large pizza £9.99 delivered, £8.99 collected.

Has anyone else had this offer via Text message?
False advertising as the minimum order for delivery is £12.99 so why bother to offer it delivered for £9.99!?
I collected mine but when I asked in store I was told, "they want you to spend more", which is fine if they didn't make it part of their offer.
I don't often use dominos as they are average at best and expensive but I thought I would it a try as it seemed an ok offer considering they normally cost much more.
