We got ours done by Aran energy, although it was over 5 years ago now. We were not an any kind of benefits and we weren't low income, I think we qualified as our boiler was so old. They put a leaflet through the door, I called, they came and had a look and 2 weeks later insulated the list & cavity wall. Looks like they're more south east but could be worth a call although I suspect it may no longer exist.
