M2 ssd

Hey, I'm looking for a gen4 ssd that's 3tb or more, around £150

For OS and gaming

I'd want it to be TLC and have DRAM

What are the best options right now?

At that price point you'd have to buy a used drive. TLC hardly will have 4TB options in the first place and if it does will be very expensive. DRAM will usually mean higher end drives too.

Your price point is unrealistic unless you buy used, and even then, the cheapest I've seen Gen 4 4TB drive is the Crucial P3 Plus on eBay for around 160GBP. That's without DRAM.

If you have two M.2 slots you're better off with two 2TB drives because prices are still linear up to this point. Once you go for 4TB drives you'll get hit with significant markups. It'll be cheaper and does what you want. I'd recommend 2TB Crucial P5 Plus (DRAM, TLC, Gen 4) for your OS drive amazon.co.uk/dp/…RDL and 2TB fanxiang S500 Pro (HMB/SLC, TLC, Gen 3) amazon.co.uk/dp/…7R7 as your game drive for around 150GBP total.
