I’m about to return something to get a refund.I bought it with an MBNA credit card however I’ve cleared the credit card balance so how will I get the money back? Thanks
Phone/message MBNA and ask for the credit balance to be paid to your bank account.
Or, if you think you will spend that amount soon then leave it as it is.
Doesn't having money moved from a credit card to a current account affect your credit score?
I was stood at a bank kiosk next to a person who wanted to move the money to their normal account, and was advised it's a bad idea. The advice given was to spend it, using the credit card rather than normal debit card.
Unless it is a large amount, just leave it there and it will get used for the next bill.
