Which Xiaomi phone to buy?

I have a Redmi Note 5, so need to upgrade my phone.

I want a Xiaomi as they seem the best value for the specs.

My husband has the Redmi Note 10 Pro. A great phone, but it's a bit old now. But don't really want to fork out for the Note 12 Pro as it doesn't seem much of an upgrade.

I can't really wait for a newer model to be released- my phone is on its last legs.

Shall I go for the Note 10 Pro or wait for a deal on the Note 12 Pro?
