Xbox Live Ultimate - Question
Hi All - I know there is always loads of questions around Xbox live, stacking, converting etc but after a little help if possible as can’t seem to find the answer!
In a nutshell, I brought 3 years worth of Xbox live and then a months ultimate and converted my subscription - now when I log into my Xbox it is showing my subscription on ultimate as live and new expiration date (also my username now has ultimate stated next to it) so all seems good….. however when I go to browse the shop it directs me “join the game pass ultimate today” and all of the games that are meant to be free are not showing as free and asking to purchase?
Any ideas on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated

sorted byI had game pass previously so first time on ultimate but can’t really see any difference in the games available tbh
