Wow - sounds like I was lucky. I placed an order just before Christmas. It arrived quickly, with my free sample and beautifully packaged.

I’m in a similar situation. I’m caring for both my parents in their 70s. Order one each for all of us but only received one box of two scents. It’s true a lot of people don’t report back to show if they have genuinely received their freebies. Appreciate your feedback Louise. :) (angel) <3

I'm not sure if I got two (I'm staying with mum, due to COVID and her being a pensioner) but I think I only ordered one! Not sure why I got mine three weeks later. Though, not everyone on HUKD reports back.

Only a few people have responded so far in terms of getting these samples. I suspect they are delivering at different times? I think it’s only one per household too?

Had the deal in my basket an hour ago.. went back to check out and game is over! I just missed out 😫 it’s ended this evening.

Very disappointing. Although better than nothing, the minimum spend on the EU website and the US website was much lower, with the gifts also being of more value. I emailed them in regards to the game, and they have responded the following... “I can confirm that this will not be the only promotion which we will be running in the lead up to Black Friday and Christmas, so please do keep your eyes peeled for any new games and promotions we will launching this year.“

How do you make a purchase through their EU site? As soon as I go on the EU site, it asks me to select the billing country and obviously the UK is not on there. Anyone managed to complete a transaction via the EU website to be billed and shipped to the UK?

I “won” the 100ml amber and lavender fragrance 4 times only each time for it to get removed at checkout. I called them today and they confirmed it’s out of stock and will not be replaced
