Awful company. I'd rather pay more with someone else than have to deal with Opodo again.

You've got to pay them to make changes - better to book direct with the airline
I too have had a lot of issues with their customer services. And this was pre-Covid, so I can't see how they would be better now. If you never have need to contact them, then it's a good deal.
Definitely this. Horrendous company to deal with, not long had a refund on a flight cancelled 10 months ago! Yes, they are often cheaper but I'd rather pay the extra for piece of mind.
