So I got that same error, basically my online account was new and not linked to the my store or customer number, so I called the helpline to tell them I had a voucher to use but couldn't use it online, she took one code from me and then in a strange tone said 'do you have any more codes' to which I replied only £10 off but I assume I can't use that...she said we will try it, it worked and she said 'any more?' So I used the £5 one too. So basically only works if you already have the vouchers in your name. Sorry it's a very niche deal

they are specific to the individual and usually branch, I think on the t&c only one voucher per transaction.

It says in the small print on the promotion above that it excludes C&C/telephone orders, so I assume it's for orders placed in store only.

It didn't work for you because the deal has since expired. If you scroll up to the start of this thread, you will see that the deal expired on the 28th of August this year. Sorry :{

it is only valid at Pontypridd store, as stated in the title and description, because they had a refurb, suppose it's their way of saying "sorry for the inconvenience"

These are not transferable between everyone. The vouchers can only be used by the people they were sent to. So my father got some and I didn't but my father could only use them, not me. The customer number is printed on the bottom. Thankfully my father used them on my behalf. That's why it says added online but doesn't actually affect the price.

Created an account, logged in. Added over £50 of stuff to my basket. Entered the code, said it was applied but no change to the price. Tried entering it again to be told it was invalid.

I would say that, by reading the flyer, there is a good chance that this code is only applicable for use at one of their 7 new shops. Which all appear to be based in Northern Ireland.
